Training  Objectives 

To master theory and operational skills about vocational guidance/ consulting; to understand and master government policies for employment encouraging; to improve consultants’ vocational moral, qualification and, the most important, professional ability.

Training System

The training includes three levels: vocational counselor (Level 4), assistant vocational consultant (Level 3), and vocational consultant (Level 2).

Training Mode

Theory teaching, case study, role playing, and interactive exchange

Training  Staff

1.      Project and resource management specialists in the field;

2.      Domestic well-known college professors;

3.      Professors from Munich International Management College in Germany;

4.      Elites in company and with industry practical experience.

Skill Accreditation

After the training, students can attend vocational ability accreditation tests organized by Shanghai Labor and Social Security Bureau, and the qualified trainees can get vocational counselor (consultant) certificate at corresponding level.
